Schedule of Events & Fees for EAB reunion 2005

Events

Each registered participant will receive: 2005 Reunion folder with city, currency and reunion information, tickets for event admission, name tag, one 2005 reunion t-shirt.

FRIDAY, 1 July 2005, Registration at EAB & Gala Dinner and Dance at Hotel

10:00 a.m. Departure from hotel to EAB for registration in chartered bus
10:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m
     - Registration and light snacks in new EAB Auditorium
     - School Tour Down Memory Lane with "Before & After" exhibit
1:00 p.m.  Departure from EAB for  2 hr city tour in chartered bus
1:00 p.m - 4 p.m Late arrivals registration at EAB
8:00 p.m. Official 2005 EAB Reunion opening with a Gala Dinner at the Brasilia Comfort Suites.  There will be an open bar with champagne and after-dinner dance (post your music request at the Music Page).

SATURDAY,  2 July 2005, All Day at EAB: "Churrasco" and Field Day & Gym Dance

11:45 a.m.    Departure from hotel to EAB in chartered bus
12:00 p.m.    Brazilian barbeque (churrasco) and field day events on soccer field. Open bar (beer and soft drinks).  Live concert and rock karaoke with the Rhythm Desperados. Free internet access at the school.
4:00 - 6:00 p.m.    Chartered bus service from EAB to hotel, every 30 min.
8:45 p.m.    Departure from hotel to EAB in chartered bus
9:00 p.m.    Gym dance in EAB Gym with DJ and lights. Snacks and drinks for sale.
1:00 a.m.    Departure from EAB to hotel in chartered bus every 30 min. until 4 a.m.

SUNDAY, 3 July 2005

10:45 a.m.    Departure from hotel to EAB in chartered bus
11:00 a.m.    Brunch on EAB grounds, field day closing activities
United States Independence Day Celebration:
4:00 p.m.      Departure from EAB to US Chief-of-Mission Residency in chartered bus
                        - Traditional American barbeque,
                        - Presentation of Colors by the US Marine Corps,
                        - Fireworks display spectacular,
                        hosted by Mr. John Danilovich, United States Ambassador
7:00 p.m.      Transportation from US Chief-of-Mission Residency to Hotel

Afternoon and night for "catch up time" with friends.

MONDAY "Fourth of July" 2005 Extra Clube Day!  (additional fee for this event)

10:45 a.m.    Departure from hotel to Clube das Nações in chartered bus
11:00 a.m.    Clube day at Clube das Nações  w/ swimming, soccer and volleyball.
05:00 p.m.    Departure from Clube das Nações to hotel in chartered bus

Fees

Adult All-Event Registration: $100 (Registration deadline extended to 24 June 2005)
Registration packet, City Tour, Friday dinner & dance, Saturday churrasco and Gym Dance, Sunday brunch, T-shirt, transportation.  Does NOT include Clube day.

Adult Limited-Event Registration (Friday Gala Dinner & Dance not included - but why would you miss it?): $70 (Registration deadline extended until the 2 July 2005)
Registration packet, City Tour, Saturday churrasco and Gym Dance, Sunday brunch, T-shirt, transportation.  Does NOT include Friday Dinner/Dance or Clube Day.

Children: younger than age 10 free;  age 10 to 17, $30
Day events only:  Saturday churrasco, Sunday brunch, T-shirt, transportation, baby-sitting
No one  under 18 is allowed to attend any of the evening events

Clube Day (July 4, at Clube das Nações) $10
